- Course objectives
- OBJECTIVE The aim is to deepen the knowledge of project management gained in courses bachelor degree (especially Project Management I, Cultural Project I, II Cultural project), to introduce students through team-feasibility studies with advanced tools and techniques of project management and enable them to realize ties project and strategic management. Project Management II develops technical, contextual and behavioral competencies of project management appropriate to the degree C according to IPMA certification. Knowledge and skills in this course are essential for the completion of follow-up course Subsidy management and provides an essential basis for the development of production graduation plan. DESCRIPTORS KNOWLEDGE Students are able to: - Describe the importance and purpose of projects in the hierarchy of strategic management organization - Explain the difference between program and project portfolio and the purpose of such distribution, - Name and describe methods to evaluate the opportunities and feasibility of project proposals, - Explain the purpose and progress of study opportunities, feasibility and investment studies, - Name and describe the methods used to identify and analyze project risks, - Explain the principles of planning and risk management on the project, - Name and describe the methods used to evaluate the benefits of projects and programs, - Explain the basic principles of methods for assessing the benefits of projects and programs, - Name and describe the methods used for prioritizing projects, - Explain the basic principles of methods for prioritizing projects. SKILLS Students can: - To map and analyze opportunities for the realization of the model project proposals in the field of culture and cultural project - Propose a method / y solution model project and define its link to the contracting strategy, - Develop economic analysis and financial planning model project (incl. Its evaluation of the benefits and costs) - Identify and analyze the risks of a model project and on the basis of this analysis suggest methods of risk management project - Suggest ways of evaluating the effectiveness and benefits of the model project, - Assess the feasibility of a model project through writing feasibility study - Select a feasibility study and the related partial analysis relevant, the nature of the project, appropriate methods and techniques to present and discuss their proposals for solving the model project with your team and the instructor of the course. ELIGIBILITY Student is able to: - Together with the team to define tasks, schedule them in time and divide among individual team members, - Work systematically with their time, define your own tasks and activities - Perform the assigned tasks with respect to deadlines and the other members of the team, - Communicate with the team to discuss the proposed solutions and come to a common consensus, - Critically and independently study the core and supplementary materials and resources assigned teacher.

Přednáška/seminář
Počet hodin kontaktní výuky: 2 hodiny co 14 dní
Počet hodin samostatné práce studenta: 3 hodiny týdně

Student poznatky získané přednáškou a samostudiem reflektuje a prakticky ověřuje při zpracování v průběhu semestru zadaných úkolů

Předmět je zakončen klasifikovaným zápočtem. Pro úspěšné zakončení předmětu je třeba být účasten/účastna alespoň 80 % výuky v semináři a řádně a v termínu zpracovat v průběhu semestru úkoly ke každému z pěti výukových bloků
Procentuální váha hodnocení:
- aktivní přítomnost v semináři: 20 % hodnocení,
- zpracování v průběhu semestru zadaných úkolů: 80 % hodnocení, vč. slovní zpětné vazby pedagoga (slouží k ověření znalostí, dovedností a způsobilostí studenta). - Language of instruction
