- Course objectives
- OBJECTIVE
The aim is to deepen the knowledge of project management gained in courses bachelor degree (especially Project Management I, Project Management in Culture, Graduation Project), to introduce students with advanced tools and techniques of project management and enable them to realize ties project and strategic management.
Project Management in An Institution or Programme develops technical, contextual and behavioral competencies of project management appropriate to the degree C according to IPMA certification. Knowledge and skills in this course are essential for the completion of follow-up course Subsidy management and provides an essential basis for the development of production graduation plan. - Learning outcomes
- KNOWLEDGE
The student will be able to:
- describe the significance and purpose of projects in the hierarchy of strategic management of an organization,
- explain the difference between a program and a portfolio of projects and the purpose of such a division,
- list and describe methods for evaluating opportunities and the feasibility of project ideas,
- explain the purpose and procedure for conducting an opportunity study, feasibility study, and investment study,
- list and describe methods for identifying and analyzing project risks,
- explain the principles of project risk planning and management,
- list and describe methods for evaluating the benefits of projects and programs,
- explain the basic principles of methods used to evaluate the benefits of projects and programs,

SKILLS
Students are able to:
- map and evaluate opportunities for the implementation of projects in the field of culture and cultural projects,
- identify and analyze the risks of a project in the field of culture and the arts and, based on this analysis, propose a method of project risk management,
- propose methods for evaluating the effectiveness and benefits of projects in the field of culture and the arts,
- evaluate the feasibility of projects in the field of culture and the arts through a feasibility study.
COMPETENCIES
The student is able to:
- work systematically with their time and complete regularly assigned tasks during the semester with regard to the set deadlines,

Přednáška/seminář
Počet hodin kontaktní výuky: 2 hodiny co 14 dní
Počet hodin samostatné práce studující/ho: 2 hodiny týdně
METODY VÝUKY
Studující poznatky získané přednáškou a samostudiem reflektuje a prakticky ověřuje při zpracování v průběhu semestru zadaných úkolů.
Vyučující používá následující výukové metody:

Předmět je zakončen klasifikovaným zápočtem. Pro úspěšné zakončení předmětu je třeba být účasten/účastna alespoň 80 % výuky v semináři a řádně a v termínu zpracovat v průběhu semestru úkoly ke každému z šesti výukových bloků.
Procentuální váha hodnocení:
- aktivní přítomnost v semináři: 20 % hodnocení,
- zpracování v průběhu semestru zadaných úkolů: 80 % hodnocení, vč. slovní zpětné vazby vyučující (slouží k ověření znalostí, dovedností a způsobilostí studenta). - Language of instruction
