- Prerequisites
- The subject follows the theoretical management area and assumes basic knowledge of quality management and strategic management. The entry requirement is the completion of the subject of Strategic Management in the first year of the Master's degree program.

- Course objectives
- To acquaint students with quality management, especially with general models, such as model of excellence EFQM model and CAF. To compare these models with ISO approach and attmept to apply them to an environment of professional theaters.
To acquaint students with quality management approaches that are proven in foreign art institutions. - Learning outcomes
- After completing this course student will be able to:
- consider quality management as a synergic and integral part of managerial functions,
- will perceive the difference between assesment and evaluation,
- will be able to set quality assessment criteria that are part of verifiable indicators in the context of controlling the implementation of institutional or project plans,
- compare and jduge use of quality management models according to the type and nature of arts institution. - Syllabus

1. Philosophy of quality management in terms of organizational culture, - 2. Quality management and evaluation terminology,
- 3. Quality management methods,
- 4. Quality Management Institutions (EFQM, CAF, ISO),
- 5. The EFQM model and the experience of its demand in the public sector,
- 6. Balanced Scorecard applied to the theater for quality management and improvement,
- 7. Integrated management and documentation system,
- 8. Examples of models and implementation of quality management in foreign art institutions.
