Course objectives: Working with a selected text, text analysis, text recitation, text presentation.- Learning outcomes
The output of the course is short performance outputs, based on the interpretation of the selected text, in which students demonstrate the acquired skills in working with breath, voice and speech, or their connection with movement. The presentation is attended by teachers and students of the DaV studio. A graduate of the course: - is able to find and select a suitable text for a performance; - knows the basic terminology of this performative form; - interprets the selected text appropriately; - is able to use the acquired knowledge and skills for their own pedagogical and artistic practice.- Syllabus
Topics: - introduction to expressive aspects in relation to poetry - rhythm and dynamics of verse - work with verse Curriculum: selection of a suitable text dramaturgical adaptation of the text for interpretation the interpretation of the text itself aimed at a performance performance in front of an audience reflection of one's own work and the work of other students of the subject- Literature

- Teaching methods
Collective introductory lesson. Discussion, brainstorming. Analysis of the text in groups. Individual work with the text in a group of 2 students + teacher. Presentation of learning outcomes. Discussion, reflection.- Assessment methods
The assessment is given based on the student's active approach to both their own work and the work of others, and during mandatory individual consultations with the teacher (min. 3), the student must master the text to a level that they will be able to present from memory in front of an audience.- Language of instruction
