- Course objectives
- Objective: Graduated with a basic overview of the law and Contractual skills. Descriptors: knowledge of the law, its basic principles and structure with a focus on private law, a general overview of the various legal institutions, ability to solve common problems in the field of legal obligations and to recognize when you need to contact a lawyer.

- WS: introduction man and justice, freedom and equality as principles of law the reason for the existence of rights, the right concept, the right and power, law and society subject of the law, system of law, general principles of law legal entities (individuals, legal entities, state) creation of law, legal language and its peculiarities sources of law, the legal standard (types, internal structure, the "life" of laws) interpretation and application Civil law - the general part concept, sources, system principles civil facts legal act (types and species characteristics, requirements, creation, content, conditions, consequences) time as a legal fact (counting time, the effects of the passage of time) natural persons, legal persons, state, eligibility, household and person close representation (concept, direct, indirect, contractual and legal power of attorney) object and content of civil relations (direct, indirect, stuff, right ...) Civil law - substantive rights property right (term limits, protection, ownership) acquisition of property rights (occupation, prescription, things lost, abandoned and hidden contract, the law of inheritance and wills ...) possession (the concept, authorized and unauthorized holder) property rights to things foreign (easements, liens, ...
