Course objectives
Orientation in history of Czech theatre. Ability to characterize fundamental tendencies in development of Czech theatre in social context. Ability to analyse dramatic texts in context of theatre staging practices of each period.
Learning outcomes

A semester project based on the topics covered during the semester. The instructor will provide details in person during the first few classes and via email approximately one month before the end of the semester. Submission deadlines: 1st deadline – January 15, 2025; 2nd deadline – January 20, 2025; 3rd deadline – January 30, 2025. Feedback regarding the content and formatting of the projects will be provided within one week of submission.
