Course objectives
Objectives: To teach students to retroactively reflect on their own managerial behavior in already completed projects, which he led. Lead the student to be able to compare their managerial behavior in already completed projects with knowledge management theory, which he will study the underlying literature. Lead students to "learn himself" to repair their own active process in comparison to new theoretical and practical knowledge. At the same time in order to develop students' abilities to present and defend their practices in production work. Descriptors: The student is able to perform a reflection of personal approach to the preparation and realization of the project in terms of the latest findings in the field of production management work with economic information, and methods of working with people, so-called. IQ and EQ). Students are able to defend their own approach to project development and to complement it with newly nastudovanými findings from the literature. This student improves his ability to work self-reflection combined with education. Student is able to work independently with economic and organizational information in the project and manage interpersonal relationships as a production project.
Syllabus
  • Separately read selected portions of compulsory literature, focusing on "IQ skills" - dealing with the problems, challenges and money, Residential read selected portions of compulsory literature aimed at "EQ skills" - treatment of people and their relationships Optic new insights gained from literature to reassess own project, its preparation and implementation.
