Prerequisites
Knowledge of general didactics, educational methods, and organizational forms. Knowledge of drama education methods and techniques. Knowledge of reflective techniques and the facilitation of reflection.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the specifics of creating educational programs for formal education in preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools. In doing so, they will draw upon theoretical concepts from experiential education, game theory, and animation pedagogy, as well as the Framework Educational Programmes (RVP) for the respective types of schools, as a basis for developing their own educational programs.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: - identify the needs of the target group - find and develop a suitable concept, theme, or source material tailored to the target group's needs - define pedagogical objectives at various levels - select appropriate forms and methods - create the structure of an educational program - determine techniques for program evaluation and reflection - reflect on their own work and the way the program is conducted.

1. Educational programs: types and their application in education 2. Foundations for developing educational programs: - experiential pedagogy, animation pedagogy - game theory and game systems 3. Prerequisites for developing an educational program: - target group and its needs - identifying a theme or concept - various approaches 4. Levels of educational program objectives 5. Working with methods and techniques; dramatic structuring 6. Structure of an educational program 7. Program reflection and evaluation
