- Course objectives
- Objectives: To introduce the basic properties of the enterprise as a socio-economic system, to clarify the background and general principles of managerial work in the establishment and management, familiar with the principles of the organization as a theater company (alternatively profit / non-profit organizations), familiar with the internal structure of the theater and theater activities to external social environment. Students will learn about the nature of managerial work in the company (as a theater company). Recognizes conditions in a social environment in which they are effective different forms of organization of the company and podnikání.Poznává individual functions of the company and their interconnections to the company was able to create value for customers and society as a whole.

- Building a successful company. Vital signs enterprise. Pyramid vitality. Providing utility company. Definition usefulness with special attention to subjects participating in the business, define needs, and defining products. The example of the theater. Establishment and management - determining the direction of the business. Vision, mission, strategic analysis and determination of strategy, strategic goals. Methods SLEPT, Porter analysis of 5-forces, stakeholder analysis and functional analysis of the internal factors of the company. The example of the theater. Business management. Definition of business efficiency. Ensuring internal efficiency podnikání.- determining how achieving goals. Plans, tactics, operations. Monitoring correction. The example of the theater. Business as a value-creating process and the role of money in business. Business organization and the derivation of human resources. Disclosure of organization, process and departmental structure. The division of labor, cooperation, coordination of work activities. Organizational chart. Parameters organizational structure, management span traditional types of organizational structures - principles, advantages and disadvantages of each. Organizational structures theaters. Goal programming organizational structure. Principles of individual CP organizational structures, the differences between them and exercise options. Adjusting the balance of corporate activities. The stability of the company and its providing feedbacks. Linear and cyclic control. Monitoring, Control correction. Mission control processes. Recommendations for audits. Reasons to restrict and control the ways in which this can be achieved. Ensuring internal dynamics of business. Activity of people - management style to maintain external business dynamics.
