Course objectives
The aim of the course is to practically focus on individual creation, namely performance and acting.
Learning outcomes
A graduate of the course:
- is able to find and select a suitable text for a performance, an individual acting performance;
- knows the basic terminology of these performative forms;
- interprets the selected text appropriately;
- understands the advantages and risks of working on an individual performance;
- is able to use the acquired knowledge and skills for their own pedagogical and artistic practice.
Syllabus
Students agree with the subject teacher on the form of individual work – a lecture or an individual acting performance. The procedure is then uniform:
selection of a suitable text
dramaturgical adaptation of the text for interpretation
the actual interpretation of the text aimed at a lecture or acting performance
performance in front of an audience
reflection of one's own work and the work of other students in the subject
