Course objectives
OBJECTIVE The aim is to deepen the knowledge of project management gained in courses bachelor degree (especially Project Management I, Project Management in Culture, Graduation Project), to introduce students with advanced tools and techniques of project management and enable them to realize ties project and strategic management. Project Management in An Institution or Programme develops technical, contextual and behavioral competencies of project management appropriate to the degree C according to IPMA certification. Knowledge and skills in this course are essential for the completion of follow-up course Subsidy management and provides an essential basis for the development of production graduation plan.
Learning outcomes
KNOWLEDGE Students are able to: - Describe the importance and purpose of projects in the hierarchy of strategic management organization - Explain the difference between program and project portfolio and the purpose of such distribution - Name and describe methods to evaluate the opportunities and feasibility of project proposals - Explain the purpose and progress of study opportunities, feasibility and investment studies - Name and describe the methods used to identify and analyze project risks - Explain the principles of planning and risk management on the project - Name and describe the methods used to evaluate the benefits of projects and programs - Explain the basic principles of methods for assessing the benefits of projects and programs - Name and describe the methods used for prioritizing projects - Explain the basic principles of methods for prioritizing projects SKILLS Students can: - To map and analyze opportunities for the realization of projects in the field of culture and cultural projects - Identify and analyze the risks of a model project and on the basis of this analysis suggest methods of risk management project - Suggest ways of evaluating the effectiveness and benefits of projects in the field of art and culture - Assess the feasibility of projects in the field of art and culture through feasibility study ELIGIBILITY Student is able to: - Work systematically with their time, define your own tasks and activities - Perform the assigned tasks with respect to deadlines - Critically and independently study the core and supplementary materials and resources assigned teacher

Procentuální váha hodnocení:
- aktivní přítomnost v semináři: 20 % hodnocení,
- zpracování v průběhu semestru zadaných úkolů: 80 % hodnocení, vč. slovní zpětné vazby pedagoga (slouží k ověření znalostí, dovedností a způsobilostí studenta).

OBJECTIVE The aim is to deepen the knowledge of project management gained in courses bachelor degree (especially Project Management I, Project Management in Culture, Methodology of Theatre Project Documentation), to introduce students with advanced tools and techniques of project management and enable them to realize ties project and strategic management. Project Management in An Institution or Programme develops technical, contextual and behavioral competencies of project management appropriate to the degree C according to IPMA certification. Knowledge and skills in this course are essential for the completion of follow-up course Subsidy management and provides an essential basis for the development of production graduation plan.

OBJECTIVE The aim is to deepen the knowledge of project management gained in courses bachelor degree (especially Project Management I, Cultural Project I, II Cultural project), to introduce students through team-feasibility studies with advanced tools and techniques of project management and enable them to realize ties project and strategic management. Project Management II develops technical, contextual and behavioral competencies of project management appropriate to the degree C according to IPMA certification. Knowledge and skills in this course are essential for the completion of follow-up course Subsidy management and provides an essential basis for the development of production graduation plan. DESCRIPTORS KNOWLEDGE Students are able to: - Describe the importance and purpose of projects in the hierarchy of strategic management organization - Explain the difference between program and project portfolio and the purpose of such distribution, - Name and describe methods to evaluate the opportunities and feasibility of project proposals, - Explain the purpose and progress of study opportunities, feasibility and investment studies, - Name and describe the methods used to identify and analyze project risks, - Explain the principles of planning and risk management on the project, - Name and describe the methods used to evaluate the benefits of projects and programs, - Explain the basic principles of methods for assessing the benefits of projects and programs, - Name and describe the methods used for prioritizing projects, - Explain the basic principles of methods for prioritizing projects.
