- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint the student with the basics of electrical engineering, Ohm's law, alternating current distribution system with a focus on the stage environment. Furthermore, the student will be introduced to low-current and high-current technology in a theater environment, including computer networks. Descriptors: The student is qualified to work with electrical engineering theater stage equipment.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to:
- apply their theoretical knowledge in practice
- orient yourself in the electrical distribution box
- react in crisis situations in the event of an electric shock
- be familiar with the method of electrical connection of stage technologies and their control

- 3. Ohm’s law, specific conductivity
- 4. Three-phase AC system, types of distribution networks
- 5. Electrical devices, Connecting electrical objects
- 6. Electric shock, Protection against electric shock
- 7. High-frequency elements in stage technologies, dimmers, frequency converters
- 8. Low current and high current systems in stage technologies – Lighting technology
