Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Master the operational tasks associated with the technical and organizational running of a live festival.
Try out the basics of stage technology (lighting, sound), reportage photography or crisis logistics in practice.
Develop the ability to quickly adapt, improvise and solve problems in real time.
Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes vary depending on the nature of the "support" of the Sítko festival. 
These include, for example:

Effectively communicates and cooperates in an interdisciplinary team under time pressure and respects the hierarchy of the festival management.
Able to respond promptly and constructively to unexpected changes in the schedule.
Able to prepare the stage for a performance according to technical requirements and perform quick reconstruction between program points. 
Familiar with the rules and principles of equipment rental.
Syllabus
Based on a joint meeting with the festival implementation team, we will find the most appropriate form of support during the preparatory and/or implementation phase of the festival. We will set deadlines, steps, define individual tasks or milestones of joint work. We will agree on the form of submission and fulfillment of the credit conditions.

Reflective methods.
Professional literature will be recommended based on the nature of the chosen festival support.
Assessment methods
Active approach during 2 days (16 hours) in the preparatory and/or implementation phase of the festival and completion of assigned tasks.

The course draws students directly into the intense festival action. It offers the opportunity to practically participate in the smooth running of the Sítko festival in the areas of technical support, media documentation, organizational support... Students will experience working under time pressure, team communication at a live event, and gain skills applicable to cultural management.
