A contract research project for the National Theater Brno focused on the preparation and development of a strategy of the International theatre festival Theatre World Brno for the period 2027–2030, including an initial analytical study of the festival’s current situation, a strategy design based on the outcomes of participatory methods involving key stakeholder groups, and the strategy’s final form.
