Příspěvek byl prezentován na Doktorském sympoziu Divadelní fakulty JAMU, které se konalo 18.–19. října 2025 v Mikulově a bylo zaměřeno na sdílení a reflexi výzkumných projektů doktorandek a doktorandů v oblasti uměleckého výzkumu. Autorka představila shrnutí svého doktorského výzkumu zaměřeného na pracovní podmínky a profesní zkušenosti herců v institucionálním divadle. Výzkum se věnuje fyzickým, psychickým i organizačním nárokům herecké profese a reflektuje limity i potřeby herců v současném divadelním provozu. Příspěvek otevřel diskusi o vztahu mezi uměleckou praxí, pracovním prostředím a udržitelností herecké profese.

The paper was presented at the Doctoral Symposium of the Theatre Faculty of JAMU, held on 18–19 October 2025 in Mikulov, which focused on presenting and reflecting on doctoral research projects in the field of artistic research. The author introduced the outcomes of a doctoral research project examining the working conditions and professional experience of actors in institutional theatre. The research reflects on the physical, psychological, and organizational demands associated with the acting profession and discusses the specific needs and limitations actors encounter within contemporary theatre practice. The presentation contributed to a broader discussion on the relationship between artistic practice, working environments, and the sustainability of the acting profession.
