There are many radio dramas which are based on the principles of radio journalism. They often work with them so much that these dramas sound like common radio broadcasts. This special genre developed at the beginning of radio broadcasting, and it is still developing now. How these principles are used in radio drama is the central theme of my doctoral research. I think that many listeners and also authors do not realize the importance of this kind of radio play in history (it was this genre which opened up new options for radio broadcasting) and its present role is not negligible. My presentation would be divided into two parts. At first, I would like to talk about these radio dramas in general (definition, characteristics, development, examples...). In the second part, I would like to focus on the international festival Prix Europa in Berlin (October 6-12), the biggest festival for television or radio artists. My doctoral research is based on the premise that the principles of radio journalism are often used in radio drama. Second part of my presentation would be focused on this premise. Optics of this festival, I would like to find out if this premise is true, and why. If possible, I would like to play selected samples of this phenomenon.

Existuje mnoho rozhlasových her, které stojí na principech rozhlasového zpravodajství a publicistiky. Často s nimi pracují do takové míry, že svou formou můžou připomínat běžné rozhlasové vysílání. Tento zcela specifický žánr rozhlasového dramatu vznikl už v počátcích rozhlasového vysílání a neustále se vyvíjí. Hlavním tématem mé disertační práce je právě využití těchto principů v rozhlasové hře. Myslím si, že mnoho posluchačů a dokonce i autorů si dnes neuvědomuje důležitost tohoto žánru v rozhlasové historii (měl zcela zásadní podíl na vývoji rozhlasového vysílání) a ani jeho současná pozice v rozhlasovém vysílání není zanedbatelná. Můj konferenční příspěvek bude rozdělen na dvě části. V první bych ráda mluvila o využití publicistiky a zpravodajství v rozhlasových hrách v obecné rovině (definice, charakteristika, vývoj, zástupci,...). Ve druhé části se chci zaměřit na mezinárodní festival Prix Europa v Berlině (6. - 12. října), největší festival určený televizním a rozhlasovým tvůrcům. Můj výzkum je založen na předpokladu, že zpravodajské a publicistické principy jsou v rozhlasových hrách často využívány. Právě druhá část mého příspěvku by měla optikou festivalu Prix Europa tento předpoklad potvrdit či vyvrátit. Pokud to bude možné, ráda bych během svého příspěvku pustila i vybrané ukázky tohoto fenoménu.
