Course objectives (in Czech)
Cílem předmětu je prostřednictvím vybraných tanečních technik a jiných cvičení pracovat na zlepšení fyzické kondice, koordinace a rytmického cítění.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Student se bude orientovat v základním tanečním názvosloví, v principech některých tanečních technik, bude mít povědomí o svých pohybových limitech. Dále bude disponovat informacemi, k čemu taneční trénink slouží a jak jej využívat v dalších artistních předmětech. Měla by se zvýšit fyzická výkonnost, elasticita, koordinace.
