Osvojení základních pozic a postupů partnerské akrobacie, rozcvičení, uvolnění a relaxace, masáže a harmonizace. Aplikace získaných dovedností v umělecké i pedagogické praxi.

  • Základní pojmy: rozcvičení, protažení, posílení, uvolnění, napětí, partnerská a skupinová spolupráce, akrobacie, dýchání, relaxace, meditace.
