- Course objectives
- Objectives: To explain the importance and basic concepts of management, familiar with the historical development of management in the twentieth stioletí and modern forms of managerial work at the beginning of the 21st century, featuring links to other articles the content focus of management related to the subject, form the basis of any particular aspect of management and more developing specific aspects of management. Students get an overview of the methods of managerial work during the twentieth and twenty-first start of Stilo. At the same time gain knowledge of basic 'schools' management and development of ideas, principles and methods of managerial work in the line of historical context vývoje.Porozumí that the manager must perceive setting up a business and adapt to the changing social prostředí.Pochopí business as a resource spoolečenského wealth as a source of ethical habits employees

- Importance of management in contemporary Czech economy. Definitions of management, leadership and management. The manager and his mission. Business, internal and external business activities. Basic managerial approaches to business. Business risk. Management functions. Sequential and parallel management functions. Managerial role. Three kinds of managerial roles Formation of western management. The time thinking, technical and social conditions and assumptions. Classical school of management. School "Scientific Management" school of "human relations" school "administrative proceedings" school "bureaucratic control" Classification managerial approaches related to the school of Western managementu- procedural approaches, psycho-social approaches, quantitative approaches, empirical approaches - characteristics, time the largest development leaders, systemic approaches notion of a paradigm. The paradigm of industrial society. Paradigm shift in the 80 years of the twentieth Stile. Interpretative paradigm and management changes. Development of managerial thinking in the first half of the 80s: a search for "perfection". Changes in the content (strategy) and forms of managerial work (structure).
