- Course objectives
- OBJECTIVE The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects in the field of culture and arts and their specifics. Apply knowledge and skills acquired in the course Project Management I in the area of artistic projects that benefits the public and commercial. Improve basic knowledge of the theory of project management, support their use in practical production work in school projects and to gain sufficient knowledge and skills base for the successful implementation of graduation projects.
- Learning outcomes
- KNOWLEDGE Students are able to: - Describe and explain the reasons for the emergence of various types of cultural projects - Describe the event models of various types of cultural events in terms of their life cycle, - Explain the differences between various types of cultural projects and its influence on the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects. SKILLS Students can: - Develop a project idea entered the field of culture and arts, - Suggest appropriate creative solutions based on analysis of the nature and context of the project and develop a quality project plan and based thereon a comprehensive plan of action, - Apply in solving relevant year project analysis and project management techniques, methods, teamwork and creative processes, - Based on the analysis of the conditions for various types of projects to define legislative and organizational limits and conditions, which must be taken when implementing them respect and fulfill, - Process comprehensible and clear project plan designated project stakeholders, - Prepare and deliver attractive presentation of the project plan, - To present and discuss their proposals to address year project with your team and the instructor of the course. ELIGIBILITY Student is able to: - Define the problem / needs related to cultural projects and choose the appropriate procedures to address them, - Together with the team to define the tasks associated with their ročníkovým project plan is in time and divide among individual team members, - Work systematically with their time, define your own tasks and activities - Perform the assigned tasks with respect to deadlines and the other members of the team, - Communicate with the team to discuss the proposed solutions and come to a common consensus, - Critically and independently study the core and supplementary materials and resources assigned teacher.

- WINTER SEMESTER Winter semester ends with credit. For successful completion of the course it is necessary to be a participant / participate in at least 80% of teaching in the seminary, to work out during the semester assigned tasks, in teams to propose an idea for a class project on teacher designated topic, this odprezentovat and then develop into a project plan. SUMMER SEMESTER Summer semester ends graded credit. For successful completion of the course is to be in teams to prepare and subsequently odprezentovat comprehensive plan year project. Parts of this plan is to be disposed of at predetermined times during the semester. The percentage weight rating: - I. processing sub-part of the plan year project: 15% rating, incl. verbal feedback to the teacher (the assessment obahová a formal level work, meeting deadlines and forms of delivery of the work) - Processing II. sub-part of the plan year project: 15% rating, incl. verbal feedback to the teacher (the assessment obahová a formal level work, meeting deadlines and forms of delivery of the work) - Develop a comprehensive plan year project and its presentation: 70% rating, incl. verbal feedback to the teacher (the assessment obahová a formal level work, meeting deadlines and forms of delivery of the work, the teacher incorporate the comments to the previous two sub-parts of the work).
