- Prerequisites
- Please read carefully the offer of individual projects in the "topic lists" plus-production executive duties in section syllabus. If you subscribe to this course, please send an e-mail dedova@jamu.cz its vision for the production of both semesters of the academic year. During the first week of the academic year individual projects are assigned to students based on their preferences and schedule will be published in the "topic lists ". For every first realized independent production project based on the student receives credit 1 credit. In the event that during the semester realizes greater number of separate production projects, he is counted for each additional 1 credit.

- Course objectives
- The first year of the Bachelor's degree (broader base field): The objective is to test the productive capabilities and skills in the organization of work of the creative team (work in class, seclusion lower grades of acting). Students are gradually becoming involved in running the creative team, learning to communicate with other artistic professions and gradually begin to implement and validate knowledge acquired in the theoretical part of the study. The student becomes part of the creative team for the production class (seclusion lower classes in acting, directing, dramaturgy and scenography). The second year of the Bachelor's degree (broader base field): The objective is to test the productive capabilities and skills in the organization of work of the creative team on complex projects. The student becomes part of the creative team for the production class (seclusion lower classes in acting, directing, dramaturgy and scenography) project Monodramata, Salon of the original creation, or bachelor projects of students of directing and dramaturgy. Students in the project entering into complex bonds, some of the projects are implemented as sub-projects within larger units. In the second year there is a practical verification of knowledge and information acquired in the subjects of management, project management, fundraising, law, budgeting etc. For a detailed list of projects for the second year, see Topic lists.
The third year of the Bachelor's degree (personal specialization): The objective is to test the productive capabilities and skills in the organization of work of the creative team on complex projects. The student becomes part of the creative team for the production class (undergraduate graduation project studios directing and dramaturgy, projects and RTDS ATD). In the third year there is a practical verification of knowledge and information acquired in the subjects of management, project management, AV production, law, marketing etc. This course prepares students for the realisation and complementation of their graduation project. - PROCEDURE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Responsibilities of managers working on the project DIFA JAMU (saved as a separate file)
- Manager is the organizer of the creative team, productions (under the supervision of teachers of ADMaJT) and fully applies his knowledge of project management within production,
- manager participates in meetings of the creative team from the beginning of the creative process, the main supervisor of the project is the art teacher, who has a project in the curriculum (mostly directing, dramaturgy, acting),
- manager processes the input of project documentation (see list of documents below), including the budget and discuss it with the Secretary of the Theatre Faculty JAMU. In case of large projects that require significant involvement of school resources (rooms, studios more students, budgetary resources) or graduation projects (and bachelor) manager will implement explication meeting (participation of the teachers of the offices and Secretary) and creates a record. In case that the creative team aspires to carry the production out of DIFA JAMU, manager examines copyrights and their handling, ensures the reproduction of texts (Mail Room),
- manages the project financially - to monitor budget spending, ensures the payment of bills for purchases that have been approved by the Secretary on the basis of the submitted budget (reimbursement accounts ensures Lenka Vítková, locally. 307), the accounts should be provided with a description and especially the signature guaranteeing the appropriate studio teacher,
- manager organizes rehearsals and place and space of their actions consult with the Secretariat of the Dean (Mrs. Hniličková),
- provides all the needs of production, but so that the production was in the interest of Theatre Faculty of Music, ie . without disrupting the operational and budgetary rules and to avoid disruption of teaching of participating students,
- manager organizes a press conference before the premiere (in the case of larger projects) ,
- reserves complimentary tickets for the creators, sponsors, guests, journalists and the like. (for larger projects),
- organizes the promotion of production,
- provides recording productions,
- creates the output documentation project, including the budget balance and economic reports during the project. Output documentation discuss with the teachers of the subject and the Secretary, he shall send a copy of all documentation to subject teachers,
- forwards all project documentation, including posters, recordings to Fund for artistic documentation (Michal Kovalchuk, Astorka),
- organizes reruns, stand-ins, other rehearsals.
- Instructions for handover meetings:
- Hub meeting manager organizes four to six weeks before its premiere in the presence of the Secretary of the creative team and creative team of teachers. Optimally, the handover meetings for students participating:
- director,
- dramaturge,
- stage designer,
- technologist,
- manager,
- pedagogue of the subject,
- secretary of the Theatre Faculty,
- Martin Zahradník or Martin Burian, workroom DIFA JAMU.
- For the handover briefing creative team will prepare the input design documentation, ie .:
- project certificate (Project documentation, including the annexes and budget),
- set design,
- props list.

- In the Section interactive structure there are dates for meetings at the begging of the semester. Students are divided according to the year of study for those meetings.

3. week: 3rd, 4th and 5th year
For the rest of the semester the classes are organised in the form of individual consultations.
At the beginning of the semester students register for projects in the section Topic lists. In case, that the project, approved by pedagogue, is not on the list, student is obliged to add it. - Assessment methods
- To all students the productions are credited on the grounds of:
the evaluation of his work in the creative team and keeping the scheduled procedures,
consulting and discussing the creative project with the pedagogue (approving project documentation and budget)
discussing the creative intent of the project (explication) at the level of the operating management of the faculty (Secretary DIFA JAMU),
submission of all documents processed by the management of the project after completion of the project or at stated deadline to pedagogue (electronically in form of 1 pdf. file to IS) and the secretariat of the Dean (physically) to the Fund and artistic documentation (Astorka, Michal Kovalčuk).
The method of evaluation of the project:
For the first production student receives 1 credit. In the event that during the semester student does more productions he receives for each of them additional 1 credit. - Language of instruction
