Course objectives
The aim is to verify the ability of the student to work as a producer. Verification is based on the defense of the Production Plan, which is the output of the seminar, or the student's individual work and its defense as part of the final examination.
Syllabus
  • Student creates an individual producer's plan, including analysis, design and evaluation of that deadline and submit advocates at the state examination. :
    The seminar uses for consulting the different stages of treatment plans, as well as producing its intention to consult the vocational subjects graduate studies.:
    Winter semester:
    1st - 2nd week of instruction: specification of the emerging focus of production plan:
    3rd - 4th week of instruction: determining the structure and timetable for processing, defining problem areas and areas (questions) for analysis and consultation in the external environment of the school
    5 to 11 week curriculum: analysis processing based on consultations.
    12th week of teaching: presentation of the analytical part in the seminar.
    13th week of teaching: a modified procedure of submission of work, including schedule.
    Summer semester:
    1st-3rd week of teaching: elaboration of the intervention proposals based on the analytical part.
    4th week of instruction: submission of proposals for intervention in the seminar.
    5th - 6th weeks of instruction: development of intervention scenarios and proposals to the selection of a strategic plan.
    7th week of teaching: presentation of a strategic plan in the seminar.
    8th - 9th weeks of instruction: development of strategic plan for the long term (3 years), medium-term and short-term plans.
    10 to 11 lessons a week: finalizing the plan and presentation process.
    13th week of teaching: a training presentation of the producer plan

  • Student využívá znalost literatury všech teoretických předmětů, které dosud absolvoval. Producentský záměr čerpá ze všech znalostí a pramenů, které nabízí jak magisterský stupeň studia, tak bakalářský.
