Course objectives
FR / L'étudiant acquière une connaissance de son propre corps et apprend à pratiquer une discipline régulière. EN / The student acquires knowledge about his own body and learns to practise a regular discipline.
Syllabus
  • FR / L'objectif est de familiariser les étudiants avec une discipline corporelle quotidienne qui se dirige vers une pratique du yoga, mais en se permettant tous les détours nécessaires par d'autres techniques. Durant deux années chaque étudiant a l'occasion de diriger lui-même l'échauffement, déterminant oralement ses objectifs et analysant la séance en fonction de ceux-ci. EN / The objective is to familiarize students with daily physical discipline that steer to a yoga practice, with all the detours needed by other techniques. For two years each student has the opportunity to lead himself warming up, orally determining its objectives and analyzing the session according to them.
