- Course objectives
- First year of the Bachelor's degree:
The goal is to examine the student's technological skills and proficiency in joining an artistic creative team. The student gradually becomes involved in the operation of the creative team at DF JAMU, learns to communicate with other artistic professions and gradually begins to implement and verify the knowledge acquired in the theoretical part of the study.
Second and third year of the Bachelor's degree:
The aim is to test the student's technological skills while working in a creative team on a more challenging project. The student becomes part of the creative team and enters into more complex relationships within the projects.
The creation of a new course, modification of the content or teaching methods of the course was supported by the project CZ.02.2.69/0.0/0.0/16_015/0002245 Improving the quality of education at JAMU. - Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- apply the knowledge acquired in the theoretical basis of the field and in the practical subjects of the field;
- to verify the ability to work independently and technologically arrange and clear the project;
- verify and deepen theoretical knowledge in a practical project;
- verify the ability to work in creative artistic teams of different sizes; - Syllabus
- Description of the student's activities within the project:
- - During the first week of the semester, individual projects will be assigned to students based on their preferences; the timeline for project implementation varies depending on the type of project selected;
- - is a member of the artistic creative team, project technologist (under the supervision of ADPaJT teachers) and fully applies his/her knowledge and skills in the field of light, sound or construction;
- - prepares technical documentation (including a record in IS JAMU - School Works);
- - provides all the technical needs of the project, but in such a way that the project is carried out in the interest of the JAMU DF, i.e. without disrupting its operational and budgetary rules, and without disrupting the teaching of the participating students;
- - consults the project with the course teacher and specialist teachers and follows the instructions and guidelines given in the course materials.

- Teaching methods
- The project is an individual student's work.
The assignment of projects takes place at the beginning of each semester and is consulted with pedagogue. During the course of the year each student has individual consultations with pedagogue. - Assessment methods
- Students of all years are credited for the independent productions on the basis of:
- Evaluation of his/her work in the creative team and adherence to the project work procedure;
- consultation and discussion of the intention of the creative project with the teacher of the course (including approval of the technical documentation);
- submission of a brief evaluation of the project work (at least 1 standard page) to the relevant Submission Office and finalisation of the school work record in the IS application "School Works".
- evaluation of the fulfilment of the duties of the stage technologist, which are set out in the document Support for performances realized in the internal environment of the DF JAMU (specialization Stage Technology), the evaluation is carried out by the teacher of the course.
Method of project evaluation:
The student receives 1 credit for each first completed independent artistic project. In the event that during the semester he/she realizes a greater number of independent scenic projects, he/she receives 1 credit for each additional one. - Language of instruction
