- Course objectives
- Learning outcomes of the course: Familiarization of the students with the current lighting techniques, with possibilities of its use in scenic lighting, including theoretical knowledge of light. The student will be intoduced the principles of work with light in the theater and with the conventional lamps and their use.
Descriptors: Students will gain the knowledge lighting techniques and its use in the theater, with the skills to create a lighting plan according to the requirements of an over-scenographic concept, to illuminate and light the performance.

- Lectures take place on a regular basis in the form of presentations and practical exercises, where students immediately verify the theory in practice.
- Assessment methods
- Credits are gained on the basis of attendance (at least 80% attendance at lessons), fulfillment of partial tasks during the semester given by the teacher and submission of seminar work on given topic.
