Course objectives
Gaining experience in the field by working on a specific project/artwork both in and out of school. Experience of working as part of a creative team and of public presentation of results.
Learning outcomes
By completing the course, the student will gain experience in planning and implementing a project (theatre performance or other artistic work) and in working in a team. The student will gain an understanding of the time demands of the different phases of the project. The student will meet professionals in different fields and gain contacts.

Teaching methods
Practical work on the project and consultation with teachers
Assessment methods
Submission of project documentation containing at least: 1) a brief annotation and basic information about the project (place and time of the first performance, creative team), 2) a light-plot and 3) a lighting scenario (cuelist). Ideally also a focus plan and materials used in the preparation of the light design (moodboard, storyboard, sketches, 3D visualizations, photos of the model, etc.).

Documentation should be submitted in  one pdf file, with the student's last name, course title, and semester in the title (e.g., Vopička_Practical Project II_LS2021)

If the nature of the project is incompatible with the required elements of the documentation, the student will discuss the deliverables individually with the course instructor.

Completion of the course is contingent upon its inclusion in IS, artwork section, school or extracurricular project
