Course objectives
Objective: Graduated with a basic overview of the law and Contractual skills. Descriptors: knowledge of the law, its basic principles and structure with a focus on private law including copyright law, a general overview of the various legal institutions, ability to solve common problems in the field of legal obligations and to recognize when you need to contact a lawyer.

  • introduction - A man of justice, freedom and equality as the principles of law - Reason for existence law, the concept of law, and power, law and society - Subject of a system of law, sources of law, rule of law, general principles of law - Creation of law, legal language and its peculiarities - Interpretation and Application Civil law - general part - Concept, sources, system, principles - Civil fact, focusing on legal action and time - Operators and related terms - representation - Building and contents of civil relations Civil law - absolute property rights - the right to property and the acquisition of - tenure - Property rights to things foreign Relative property rights - Basic concepts - contract - Changes in liabilities, reinsurance and affirmation of commitments and termination of commitments - Types of contracts in the Civil Code Labor Law - Concept, subjects, principles, subject, sources, relationship to the civil law - Employment and labor contract - Working hours, travel, vacation pay - Agreements on work performed outside employment copyright - Concept, principles, subject, sources, relationship to the civil law - Author's work - Personal and property rights of the author and their limitations - Use of the work - license - Artistic performance and of the performers
