Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the problems of public procurement and their characteristics.

Knowledge:
Students gain knowledge of the theory of public procurement.
Students know the types of procurement procedure, the principles of the submitters, phases of public procedure, evaluation criteria, qualifications of candidates.
Skills:
Students can distinguish public procurement according to the estimated price for the procurement of small scale, over-limit and under-limit order.
Students can work with the rules for public procurement of small scale (according to internal guidelines and rules for the grant recipient from ESF).

  • 3. The contracting authority public tenders (subdivision), the central authority.
  • 4. Principles process outsourcer.
  • 5. Classification procurement by subject and by the expected value.
  • 6. Public minor contracts.
  • 7. Directive on public procurement of JAMU.
  • 8. Public procurement funded from grants   ESF (OP VVV).
  • 9. Characteristics of the procurement procedure.
  • 10. Phases of the procurement procedure.
  • 11. Kinds of procurement procedures.
  • 12. Use of different types of procurement procedures.
  • 13. Legal deadlines.
  • 14. The evaluation criteria.
  • 15. Qualification requirements fot candidates.
