- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to teach students how to use the latest findings from the literature to the design intent of the producer. Descriptors: Student gets dobvednost articulate a vision plan, objectives, identify and define the problems that need to be addressed to meet the objectives, analyze and formulate a strategy implementation plan
- Syllabus
- Separately read selected parts of the compulsory literature focused on the implementation of the strategic analysis producentckého plan. Apply to the concept of producer intent literature, focusing on the use of management quotient MQ = IQ + EQ + PQ (by Yo Owen) Create and present in pwer-point introductory part of the producer's own intention and defend their own approaches to collective discussion in class. Formulate their own vision of producer intent when applying the methods of strategic analysis They will be used: First SLEPT - analysis of the general environment. 2nd Porter's five forces analysis - Analysis of the professional environment; 3rd Analysis of stakeholders; 4th Functional analysis of the potential; The analysis results will be summarized in a SWOT analysis of the producer's intent. Strategy will be formulated solution procedure.
