Course objectives
The aim of the course is to teach students how to use the latest findings from the literature to the design intent of the producer. Descriptors: Student gets dobvednost articulate a vision plan, objectives, identify and define the problems that need to be addressed to meet the objectives, analyze and formulate a strategy implementation plan
Syllabus
  • Separately read selected parts of the compulsory literature focused on the implementation of the strategic analysis producentckého plan. Apply to the concept of producer intent literature, focusing on the use of management quotient MQ = IQ + EQ + PQ (by Yo Owen) Create and present in pwer-point introductory part of the producer's own intention and defend their own approaches to collective discussion in class. Formulate their own vision of producer intent when applying the methods of strategic analysis They will be used: First SLEPT - analysis of the general environment. 2nd Porter's five forces analysis - Analysis of the professional environment; 3rd Analysis of stakeholders; 4th Functional analysis of the potential; The analysis results will be summarized in a SWOT analysis of the producer's intent. Strategy will be formulated solution procedure.

Seminar work with literature focused on the study and understanding of the content of the strategic methods annalýzy Creative Thinking brainstorming empirical methods of analysis build presentation-reflection of their own solution production methods discussion of the presentations - group cooperative learning rhetoric - the ability of reasoning Critical thinking * Student study of the underlying literature - concerning strategic plans and their preparation. * Student dials the cornerstones of the plan prducentského * The student makes a choice of methods and the formulation of hypotheses - a follow-up operationalization of questions for empirical surveys of environmental conditions (general environment, industry environment, internal environment) * Students need empirical investigation to obtain the necessary information to producenskému plan. * The student solves a SWOT analysis and use logical matrix context to evaluate the importance of individual components and relations plan * Student producer chooses a strategy plan * Student working processes of production and presentation of strategic analysis in the intent-POWER POINT, * Student in front of other students in need year presentation with commentary.
