- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to establish cooperation with a professional environment and to enable students to get acquainted with the latest market trends. The aim is to raise awareness of the industry among companies and the possibility of graduates being placed in this particular customer sector.
Descriptors: The course will broaden the students' opportunities for employment in the labour market - employment in the corporate sector in the field of stage technology or AV technology. - Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- establish contact with the professional environment,
- orient themselves in the market of stage technology,
- search for suitable products for their future profession,
- orient themselves in the production processes of selected products,
- design a technical solution for a theatre space or project, including an economic analysis. - Syllabus
- During the semester, several meetings with the professional environment will be held. Regular visits to ROBE and Art Lighting and Tuchler will take place once every in two years.
- The Company Days will also include presentations of companies such as Pro Music, Audipro, KV2 Audio, Truss Aluminium Factory, etc.
- During the Corporate Days, lectures by practitioners in the field of lighting, construction and sound will also be held.
- Students will visit selected theatre venues and scenes or non-traditional theatre spaces (New Theatre in Pilsen, Slobven National Theatre in Bratislava, DoX, National Theatre in Prague, etc.)

- Teaching methods
- The Corporate Days will take the form of workshops, seminars and lectures during one week at the end of the summer semester or separately according to the companies' possibilities. Lectures by experts will be given during the summer semester according to the possibility of the speakers.

- Credit is awarded on the basis of attendance at workshops, seminars and lectures and the processing of feedback.
