- Course objectives
- - To introduce students to the basics of project management and terminology, to enable them to understand the scope of project management and thinking, their benefits and possibilities of use. - Implement the listener preparation and implementation of the project into consideration before starting the project and the final evaluation. - Explain the basic methods and techniques of project management and virtually try them on the processing tasks assigned seminar. - To introduce students to the broader issues associated with planning and implementation of projects to touch topics that will be discussed more deeply in related subjects Cultural Project I. and II.
- Syllabus
- This one subject focused on the basics of project management, within which students learn how to project management theory and methods with many useful and practical tools for the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects. Course content is based on the demands placed on applicants for international certification grade D IPMA. - Introduction to project management. - Life cycle of a project. - SWOT analysis. - Logical Framework project. - Analysis of stakeholders. - Initialization and project preparation. - Planning the project scope (Work Breakdown Structure). - Planning of time and resources (Gantt Charts, Network Analysis, histograms). - Communication Planning (responsibility matrix). - Implementation and evaluation of projects. - Risk Management. - Team and teamwork.

- Form of teaching 3-day course - lecture/seminar Number of contact hours: 24 Number of hours the student's self: 24 Teaching methods Student knowledge from lectures and self-reflect and practically verified in teamwork while processing assigned practical exercises. The results of these exercises are continuously presented and reflected both the teacher and other students. Educator uses the following teaching methods: - Lecture - Working with text - Discussion Methods - Heuristic methods - Methods of generating skills - Collaborative and cooperative education - Brainstorming - Critical Thinking

- summer semester This course is completed graded credit. For successful completion of the course it is necessary to be a participant / participate in at least 80% of teaching in the seminary, in teams handle a total of six practical exercises (topics: SWOT analysis, stakeholder analysis, logical framework of the project work breakdown structure, project schedule, risk analysis) and succeed in the final test. The percentage weight rating: - Active presence in hours: 20% rating, - Elaboration of practical exercises: 30% rating, incl. verbal feedback educator (used to validate the skills and proficiency of the student) - Written test: 50% (used to verify the student's knowledge).
