Prerequisites
Basic movement training, willingness to try new things and collaborate with colleagues, readiness for responsibility in physical partner cooperation. No previous experience with partner acrobatics is required, although it is an advantage.

Course objectives
Movement training, stretching and strengthening muscles, development of mobility and body coordination. Strengthening body awareness and partner cooperation between practicing students. Mastering basic positions and elements of partner acrobatics. Development of the art of presentation.
Learning outcomes
Presentation of a short choreography of the positions learned.
Syllabus

- warm-up


- stretching with acroyoga positions


- strengthening and toning the body in pairs


- partner acrobatics positions in pairs or groups

Teaching methods

Physical training and acrobatic training.

Assessment methods

The condition for credit is 80% attendance. For credit, students will prepare a presentation of at least five mastered acrobatic positions in a group choreography. The quality of execution, group cooperation and artistic overlaps of the output are evaluated.

I recommend tight-fitting, non-slip sportswear, socks or bare feet, no jewelery, watches or other "vulnerable" items. Long hair tied back.
