Akce na základě přednášky a prezentace monografie Vývojové tendence soudobého varhanářství ve střední Evropě (Brno: JAMU, 2025) otevřela diskusi věnovanou vlastní problematice soudobých trendů ve stavbě varhan. Ty se po rozpadu velkých varhanářských paradigmat 19. a 20. století jeví jako bohaté spektrum celé řady uměleckých a konstrukčních přístupů, a to zejména v oblasti zvukového a uměleckého pojetí současných nástrojů, jejich konstrukčních řešení, ale také trendů na poli varhanářského trhu.

The event, based on a lecture and presentation of the monograph Developmental Tendencies of Contemporary Organ Building in Central Europe (Brno: JAMU, 2025), opened a discussion dedicated to the specific issue of contemporary trends in organ building. After the collapse of the great organ building paradigms of the 19th and 20th centuries, these appear as a rich spectrum of a whole range of artistic and design approaches, especially in the area of the sound and artistic concept of contemporary instruments, their design solutions, but also trends in the field of the organ market.
