MgA. Bc. Markéta Sára Valnohová, Ph.D., se dne 28. listopadu 2025 zúčastnila 12. ročníku odborné konference doktorandů uměleckých oborů Teritoria umění, která se konala na Filmové a televizní fakultě AMU v Praze. Vystoupila v programovém bloku „Kulatý stůl s absolventy*tkami: K čemu je umělecký doktorát?“, který byl věnován reflexi zkušeností absolventů doktorského studia uměleckých oborů a diskusi o jeho významu pro profesní i tvůrčí praxi. Diskuse se zaměřila na možnosti uplatnění uměleckého doktorátu v akademickém, uměleckém i interdisciplinárním prostředí a na roli uměleckého výzkumu v současné kulturní praxi. Účast Markéty Sáry Valnohové přispěla k prezentaci zkušeností absolventů doktorského studia JAMU a k širší debatě o postavení a přínosech doktorského vzdělávání v oblasti umění.

MgA. Bc. Markéta Sára Valnohová, Ph.D., participated on 28 November 2025 in the 12th edition of the professional conference for doctoral students in artistic disciplines Territories of Art, held at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague in Prague. She took part in the programme block “Round Table with Graduates: What Is an Artistic Doctorate For?”, which focused on reflecting on the experiences of graduates of doctoral programmes in the arts and discussing its significance for both professional and creative practice. The discussion addressed the possibilities of applying an artistic doctorate within academic, artistic, and interdisciplinary environments, as well as the role of artistic research in contemporary cultural practice. Markéta Sára Valnohová’s participation contributed to presenting the experiences of graduates of doctoral studies at the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts and to a broader debate on the position and benefits of doctoral education in the field of the arts.
