In 1994, Český rozhlas Vltava radio station broadcast a six-part series of discussions entitled The Adventure of Interpretation. The subtitle stated that these were radio seminars by Prof. Zdeněk Kožmín. We agreed with the literary scholar and university lecturer that he and his students would show radio listeners how poetry can be interpreted during the recording, post-production, and subsequent broadcast of the six seminars. The individual episodes were devoted to Skácel's quatrains and the poetry of Ivan Jelínek, Petr Král, Ludvík Kundera, Bohuslav Reynek, and Oldřich Mikulášek. The students of the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University at the time, Roman Burián, Michaela Halatová, Zuzana Strnadlová, Jaroslav Černocký, Miloš Fiala, Marcela Foltová, Drahomíra Baránková, Martin Kukal, and Jitka Bednářová, interpreted them with their professor. How did the interpretive and pedagogical process work in front of the radio microphone?
