Status of the Artist legislation in the Czech Republic is an important topic in the current political climate in Central Europe. After the pandemic, EU made the Status of the Artist regulation a necessary condition for getting funding from the National Recovery Plan. This paper explores how exactly passing of such a regulation looks like in the Czech Republic.
