Příspěvek shrnuje dílčí část doktorandského výzkumu MgA. Barbora Mikolášikové na téma Modely fungováno hudebních produkčních agentur. Na základě teoretických poznatků byly sestaveny strukturované dotazníky, které byly testovány na 3 rozhovorech s odborníky ze sektoru. Příspěvek uvedl získané informace z těchto rozhovorů s Monikou Klementovou, Annou Mašátovou a Martinem Královičem. Výzkum modelů fungování se zajímá o oblasti managementu, řízení produkcí, práva, financí a dalších doplňujících informací (znalost sektoru, asociací, konkurence atd.). Základní sonda pomohla definovat hlavní organizace sektoru, upravit otázky pro polořízené rozhovory a zjistit současný stav hudebního sektoru v oblasti živého provozování hudby.

The paper summarizes a partial part of MgA's doctoral research. Barbora Mikolášiková on the topic of Models of functioning of music production agencies. Based on theoretical knowledge, structured questionnaires were compiled, which were tested on 3 interviews with experts from the sector. The article presented the information obtained from these interviews with Monika Klementová, Anna Mašátová and Martin Královič. The research of functioning models is interested in the areas of management, production control, law, finance and other additional information (knowledge of the sector, associations, competition, etc.). The baseline probe helped to define the main organizations of the sector, to adjust the questions for semi-structured interviews and to find out the current state of the music sector in terms of live music performance.
