Professional conference ReConnect allowed music professionals to learn, discuss and connect during three days in Brno. The main topic of the conference was the music industry and the role of the music ensemble (performer) in it. Visitors could listen to expert lectures on the topic of music export, musician's identity, music distribution and the possibilities of synchronizing musical works. Workshops were held on topics of working with social networks, how to communicate with the organizers, and from which sources the artist can receive income. Panel discussions on the work of a music manager and the future of the music sector focused on music clubs and orientation in the music sector of Europe. At the end, there was a main interview with the producer and artist Jiří Burian. Especially in collaboration with the JAMU Faculty of Music, a program connecting students and practitioners was included under the name Round Tables with HF JAMU students. In total, there were 6 lectures, 4 panel discussions, 3 workshops, 1 interview, 1 round table, speed meetings, orientation tours of Brno clubs and then a rich accompanying program in cooperation with the association of Brno clubs BACH. The conference was attended by invited domestic and foreign experts in the music sector. They were Martin Kozumplík, Marcel Palovčík, Petr Blažek, Matěj Fišer, Přemek Štěpánek, Martin Kudla, Barbora Sikorová, Matěj Burda, Dušan Svíba, Josef Kašpar, Pavel Uretšlégr, Martina LEsner, Jan Barnet, Ondřej Dostál, Tomáš Paleta, Pam Rabbit, Štěpán Kopečný, Hanka Podhorská, Gabriela Pánková, Miloš Blaháček, Sat Bisla, Mark Dieler, Tim Joppien, Ruth Koleva, Vedran Meniga, Juraj Cocher, Oleg Rozhov. Other delegates were specially invited to the Speedmeetings program, where conference participants could book a consultation with a specific expert. The main organizers of the conference are MMF Czech Republic and SoundCzech. The partners of the program are BACH and the Music Faculty of JAMU. The most beneficial topics were the export of music abroad, the possibilities of synchronization in the music industry, a round table with students of the JAMU Faculty of Music, and lectures on the topic of band identity.
