Analýza fungování Slováckého divadla Uherské Hradiště z hlediska divadelního provozu a organizačních struktur se zaměřovala na hlubší poznání vnitřního provozu divadla a jeho vnitřních aspektů tak, aby bylo možné formulovat doporučení a závěry pro jeho další fungování. Výzkumná zpráva vznikala v období srpna až října 2013 na základě zadání Magistrátu města Uherské Hradiště. Obsahuje vstupní kapitolu zabývající se účelem a fungováním divadla - příspěvkové organizace v komunitě a aglomeraci, analýzu výkonnosti a výstupů Slováckého divadla, zhodnocení ekonomických procesů z hlediska divadelního provozu, personální a procesní posouzení funkčnosti organizační struktury a jejího personálního naplnění a doporučení vzešlá z výzkumu.

The analysis of the functioning of the Slovácké Theatre Uherské Hradiště in terms of theatre production and organisational structures focused on a deeper understanding of the internal operation of the theatre and its internal aspects so that recommendations and conclusions could be formulated for its further functioning. The research report was prepared between August and October 2013 on the basis of a commission from the Municipality of Uherské Hradiště. It includes an introductory chapter dealing with the purpose and functioning of the theatre - a contributory organisation in the community and agglomeration, an analysis of the performance and outputs of Slovácké Theatre, an assessment of the economic processes in terms of theatre operations, a staffing and process assessment of the functionality of the organisational structure and its staffing and recommendations arising from the research.
