Analýza poskytování dotací v oblasti živého umění byla zadána Institutu umění - Divadelnímu ústavu Odborem umění, literatury a knihoven Ministerstva kultury ČR. Jejím cílem bylo popsat a analyzovat systém dotačních řízení a programů Ministerstva kultury určených na podporu živého umění, a to včetně systému výběrových komisí a procesu hodnocení žádostí. Zkoumaný časový rámec zahrnoval období let 2012-2016. Výsledkem je obsáhlá zpráva zahrnující jak popis přípravy a realizace výzkumu, tak výsledky analýz a na ně navazujících doporučení vztahujících se k nastavení a fungování předmětného dotačního systému.

The analysis of subsidies provided by the Ministry of Culture in the field of live art was commissioned to the Institute of Arts - Theatre Institute by the Department of Arts, Literature and Libraries of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic. Its aim was to describe and analyse the system of subsidy procedures and programmes of the Ministry of Culture intended to support the live arts, including the system of selection committees and the process of evaluating applications. The timeframe examined covered the period 2012-2016. The result is a comprehensive report including both a description of the preparation and implementation of the research, as well as the results of the analyses and subsequent recommendations related to the set-up and functioning of the subsidy system in question.
