Abstract
Brněnské divadlo bylo od 20. let avandgardní scénou, která pravidelně uváděla díla soudobých skladatelů. Mezi ně patřil i mladý Bohuslav Martinů, jemuž divadlo do druhé světové války nastudovalo a provedlo jako světovou premiéru dva balety a tři operní novinky. Po jeho smrti se skladatelova odkazu chopil dirigent a dramaturg Václav Nosek, který nastudoval v československé a ve dvou případech i světové premiéře řadu dalších do té doby u nás neuvedených děl.
Abstract (in English)
The Brno Theater has been an avand-garde stage since the 1920s, regularly performing works by contemporary composers. Among them was the young Bohuslav Martinů, to whom the theater staged and performed two ballets and three opera novelties as its world premiere until the Second World War. After his death the composer and dramaturge Václav Nosek staged a number of other works not listed in our country in the Czechoslovak and, in two cases, world premieres.
