Interpretační poznámky ke stěžejním operním dílům – Mozartovu Donu Giovannimu, Verdiho Nabuccovi, Rigolettovi a La Traviatě, Pucciniho Bohémě a Tosce – mají sloužit k pochopení řady odlišností v dirigentské technice, dynamických retuší, řešení přechodů a tempových souvislostí. Nejsou striktním příkazem, jak řešit komplexní problematiku interpretace a studia operních titulů, mají sloužit jako inspirace možných přístupů k řešení problémů, které se mohou při realizaci a studiu vyskytnout. Usnadní tak pochopení celé hudební problematiky studia oper se všemi souvislostmi hlavně těm, kteří se s přípravou a nastudováním dané inscenace setkávají poprvé. Poznámky obsahují zdůvodnění pro řešení tempa a výrazu v souvislostí s obsahem libreta, dramatičnosti děje a srozumitelnosti zpívaného textu.

The interpretative notes on the major operas - Mozart's Don Giovanni, Verdi's Nabucco, Rigoletto and La Traviata, Puccini's Bohème and Tosca - are intended to understand a number of differences in conducting techniques, dynamic retouching, transitions and tempo contexts. They are not a strict command of how to solve the complex issues of interpretation and study of opera titles, they should serve as inspiration for possible approaches to solving problems that may arise in the implementation and study. This will make it easier to understand the whole musical issue of studying operas with all the contexts, especially for those who encounter the preparation and staging of a given production for the first time. The notes provide a rationale for addressing tempo and expression in relation to the content of the libretto, the drama of the story and the intelligibility of the sung text.
