The final report "Status and working conditions for artists, cultural and creative professionals" is the result of a structured dialogue and brainstorming meeting organized by Voices of Culture ("VoC") on 27 and 28 April 2021. The structured dialogue framework allows for communication between the European Commission and the cultural sector. The main aim is to provide a space for the views of representatives of the cultural sector, represented by a group of practitioners from different EU countries, selected on the basis of an open call. The "VoC" dialogue also aims to strengthen the capacity of the cultural sector to take part in political debates on culture at European level and to encourage the industry and the European Commission to work together as much as possible. The final report was then presented and submitted to the European Commission at the VoC dialogue meeting on 29 June 2021.

Závěrečná zpráva „Stav a pracovní podmínky pro umělce, kulturní a kreativní profesionály“ je výsledkem strukturovaného dialogu a brainstormingového setkání organizovaného společností Voices of Culture (dále „VoC“) ve dnech 27. a 28. dubna 2021. Rámec strukturovaného dialogu umožňuje komunikaci mezi Evropskou komisí a zástupci kulturního sektoru. Hlavním cílem je poskytnout prostor pro vyjádření postojů zástupců kulturního sektoru, reprezentovaný skupinou odborníků z praxe z různých států EU, vybraných na základě otevřené výzvy. Dialog „VoC“ si rovněž klade za cíl posílit schopnost kulturního sektoru účastnit se politických debat o kultuře na evropské úrovni a povzbudit toto odvětví i Evropskou komisi, aby spolupracovali co možná nejvíce. Závěrečná zpráva byla tedy následně prezentována a předložena Evropské komisi na zasedání dialogu „VoC“ dne 29. června 2021.
