Článek kriticky reflektuje dokument vzešlý z jednání Sekce pro stavbu varhan v rámci Třetího kongresu Mezinárodní hudební společnosti, konaného ve dnech 25. – 29. května 1909 ve Vídni. Jedná se o jeden z klíčových pramenů pro pochopení vývoje varhanářského paradigmatu 20. století, tj. zejména fenoménu reformního Varhanního hnutí.

The article critically reflects on the document resulting from the meeting of the Organ Building Section of the Third Congress of the International Music Society, held in Vienna from 25. May 29 1909. It i sone of the key sources for understanding the development of the organ building paradigm of the 20th century, i.e. in particular, the phenomenon of the Reform Organ Movement.
