TY - CONF ID - 12734 AU - Hornová, Lucie PY - 2020 TI - Dialogical Team Collaboration KW - dialogical approach KW - co-therapy KW - collaborative practice KW - psychotherapy N2 - The idea that multidisciplinary teams are necessary to handle clients` complex issues is not only supported by research but generally accepted. Co-therapy (two or more therapists working together in a therapy session), though pioneered by Adler, has been mainly associated with the Gestalt group facilitating or systemic therapy. In dialogical approach, co-therapy is also commonly used. The workshop created a space for sharing pros and cons of co-therapy, or any collaborative practice, offered experiential ways of exploring co-therapy potential and opened a discussion about isomorphic and parallel processes happening during co-therapy. The international workshop was organised by Monika White, the president of European Family Therapy Association, in Dublin on September 9, 2020. About 20 participants from teams working with drug-addicted people attended the workshop. ER -
