Příspěvek se zabývá třemi kantátami s názvem Svatební košile českých skladatelů Antonína Dvořáka, Vítězslava Nováka a Bohuslava Martinů. Po prozkoumání teoretického a historického pozadí uvedených skladeb byla provedena komplexní hudební analýza každé ze skladeb, která odhalila určité skladebné principy, které skladatelé zvolili pro tento typ kompozice. Výsledky analýzy byly shrnuty v komparační části práce. Komparační analýza odhaluje shodné momenty i zásadní rozdíly v přístupu skladatelů k totožnému námětu, a to v oblasti slohu, kompozičních technik a hudební formy, věrnosti textové předloze, délky skladby, instrumentace, vokálního obsazení a rozdělení rolí, sémiotických aspektech díla i popularity.

The paper deals with three cantatas called The Spectre’s Bride composed by Czech composers Antonín Dvořák, Vítězslav Novák and Bohuslav Martinů. After a brief survey of the theoretical and historical background the complex musical analysis of each piece was carried out. It discovered certain compositional principles chosen by each composer for this type of composition. The outcomes of the analysis were summarized in the comparative chapter. The comparative analysis reveals the correspondences and contrasts of the compositions in many aspects (e.g. style, composition methods and musical form, arrangements of the poem, length of the piece, instrumentation and performing forces, semiotic aspects and popularity).
