How to feel free in a creative process? How can you feel open in your mind and body? What are the barriers between you and the feeling of enjoying every moment on the stage? Can you really feel your body, freedom and self-awareness? It is a circle. You feel pressure when on the stage that you should do something. You start thinking what to do and how. You decide. You do something but it doesn’t feel so authentic. Change your process of thinking for an authentic reaction of your organism! Knowing how to use your whole body, the link between movement and emotion, words as sounds without meaning, how to work with the real circumstances such as your partner and the space - these important skills make you able to express yourself fully and genuinely.
