Nově koncipovaná Mezinárodní konference HF JAMU navazuje na tradici úspěšných sympózií této instituce „Musica Nova“ a „Musica Antiqua – Musica Nova“, pořádaných v různých obměnách již od roku 2005. Její aktuální podoba reaguje na soudobé trendy ve světě hudebního umění i hudební vědy. Konference se snaží organicky propojit reflexi uvedených oblastí do širokého spektra možných uměleckých či vědeckých přístupů.

The new concept of the International Conference of the Faculty of Music JAMU follows the tradition of successful symposia of this institution, „Musica Nova“ and „Musica Antiqua – Musica Nova“, which were organised in various alterations since 2005 already. The current form of the conference responses to contemporary trends in the field of musical art and science.
