Článek se zabývá pedagogikou herectví ve vztahu k teoriím a metodám herectví a specifické pedagogické praxi. Jsou eklektičnost nebo kreativita, nebo eklektičnost a kreativita zároveň základními předpoklady pro vysoce kvalitní pedagogickou práci? Úkol - gesto - cíl: Konstantin Stanislavský, Michail Čechov, Declan Donnellan a jejich "super úkol", "psychologické gesto" a herecké zaměření na "cíl" jsou prezentovány jako dílčí aspekty procesu herecké aktivity.

The paper deals with the pedagogy of acting in relation to the theories and methods of acting and specific pedagogical practice. Are eclecticism or creativity, or both eclecticism and creativity fundamental preconditions for high-quality pedagogical work? Task – Gesture – Target: Konstantin Stanislavsky, Mikhail Chekhov, Declan Donnellan and their "super task", "psychological gesture", and actor's concetration on "target" will be presented as partial aspects of a single process of actors' activity.
