Obsahem publikace je pohled na život a dílo amerického pedagoga a choreografa Lestera Hortona (23. 1. 1906 - 2. 11. 1953), který je považován za jeden z pilířů moderního tance a řadí se tak, vedle Marty Graham, José Limóna, Merce Cunninghhama a dalších, k největším tanečním osobnostem v oblasti moderního tance.

The publication presents the life and work of an American educator and choreographer Lester Horton (23. 1. 1906 - 2. 11. 1953), who is considered one of the pillars of modern dance and thus ranks alongside Marta Graham, José Limón, Merce Cunninghham and others among the greatest personalities of modern dance.
